When it is time to take a break, sample exercises will appear here.

You can take a break now to get started with this healthy habbit!

  1. Sit or stand upright.
  2. Slowly turn your head to the left until you feel a stretch.
  3. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds.
  4. Repeat 3 - 5 times.
  5. Repeat on the right side.
  1. Sit or stand upright.
  2. Slowly reach your arms overhead.
  3. Reach outward and upward until you feel a stretch.
  4. Hold for 5-10 seconds.
  5. Repeat 3-5 times.
  1. Place your palms together, so that your elbows are bent and your wrists are at right angles.
  2. Keeping palms together push your left palm and fingers firmly against the right palm and fingers.
  3. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then release.
  4. Repeat 3 - 5 times.
