  1. Slowly roll your shoulders backward five times in a circular motion.
  2. Slowly roll your shoulders forward five times in a circular motion.
  1. Sit with left leg across right leg.
  2. Rest elbow or forearm of right arm on the outside of the left upper thigh.
  3. Gently apply pressure with right elbow or forearm towards the right.
  4. As you apply pressure, look over your left shoulder.
  5. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds, repeat 3-5 times.
  6. Repeat with the other side.
  1. Slowly bend wrist from side to side as far as possible.
  2. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds.
  3. Repeat 3 - 5 times.
