  1. Sit or stand upright.
  2. Slide your head straight back until it feels like you have a double chin.
  3. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds.
  4. Repeat 3 - 5 times.

  2. Slowly reach your arms overhead.
  3. Reach outward and upward until you feel a stretch.
  4. Hold for 5-10 seconds.
  5. Repeat 3-5 times.
  1. Grasp the left hand.
  2. Keeping the left elbow straight, slowly bend the left wrist upward until you feel a stretch.
  3. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds.
  4. Repeat 3 - 5 times.
  5. Repeat with right hand.
