You can take a break now to get started with this healthy habbit!

  1. Interlace fingers.
  2. Turn palm upwards above your head as you straighten your arms.
  3. Stretch and hold for 5 - 10 seconds.
  4. Repeat 3 - 5 times.
  5. Fingers interlaced behind your back, slowly turn your outward while straightening your arms.
  6. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds.
  7. Repeat 3 - 5 times.
  1. Sit slightly forward on the chair so your back is not touching the chair's back.
  2. Maintain your balance by holding onto the seat pan.
  3. Place feet flat on the floor.
  4. With leg straight, lift left foot 5 - 10 cm off the floor.
  5. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds and return it to the floor.
  6. Repeat with other side.
