  1. Slowly roll your shoulders backward five times in a circular motion.
  2. Slowly roll your shoulders forward five times in a circular motion.
  1. Sit upright.
  2. Hold left foot off the floor with left leg straight.
  3. Point toes up and downward.
  4. Repeat 3 - 5 times.
  5. Repeat with other side.
  1. Arms in the handshaking position.
  2. Slowly rotate palms down until you feel a stretch.
  3. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds.
  4. Repeat 3 - 5 times.
  5. Rotate palms up until you feel a stretch.
